It has 188 to 302 hp (horsepower) and has a curb weight of 3,285 to 3,395 pounds. The Mercedes-Benz A-Class is available in three different configurations. These configurations include the A220, A220 4MATIC, and the AMG A35 4MATIC. The executive car is produced by the German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz and its first generation dates back to 1997. The second generation did not appear until late 2004 and the third generation in 2012. The A-Class fourth generation appeared in 2018 and it marked the first time the model was offered in the United States and Canada. This fourth generation A-Class will also be the first to be offered both as a hatchback (W177) and sedan (V177). The first generation of the A-Class was originally produced as a five door hatchback, and then a three door hatchback during its second generation. In the markets where the A-Class is or has been sold, it has represented the entry level model for Mercedes-Benz.
