The Tribeca has a tire size of: P255/55R18 and was in production from 2005 to 2014. The "Tribeca" name comes from the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City. The SUV was built on the Subaru Legacy platform and sold in five and seven seat configurations. In some markets, including Canada, the SUV was released as the "Subaru B9 Tribeca." This was because the SUV was inspired by the B9X concept car, however its original design was criticized once it was launched and was then revised in 2007 for the 2008 model year. The model name was then shortened to just "Tribeca" in all markets. In late 2006, the Tribeca has been introduced in European and Australian markets. In addition to these markets, the SUV was also sold in China, South Africa, South America, the Middle East, and parts of Southeast Asia.
